Virtualize any Application to run off your USB drive

I have been a big fan of workstation and server virtualization since the early days of VMWare and Virtual PC (connectix prior to its acquisition by Microsoft). But, over the past few years, I have been keeping my eyes on Software virtualization as the next logical evolution of Hardware virtualization.

 

And the 2 products that standout at this stage are:

 

Altiris SVS (Now Symantec Software Virtualization Solution)

Having tried both, I would still say that one is more advanced or corporate than the other, but I will let you judge for yourself.
