My name is Phil, short for Philippe and I have been blogging for some time now. I started blogging using a Microsoft Sharepoint (Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0) blog. I have since switched over to FOSS technologies and have migrated my personal solutions to LAMP. More specifically, my blog is based on Drupal and running on Ubuntu, MySQL 5.1, PHP5 and Apache2. On this blog, you will find many entries ranging from personal topics to more IT and "geeky" stuff around hardware, software, operating systems, development and components. I will try to keep it up to date with items that should strike an interest for most people, including less IT oriented ones. Moreover, I will try to avoid re-inventing the wheel and to point you to the existing posts, tutorials and other blogs. So, enjoy the stay and feel free to post your comments.
