Firefox Tweak: Stop Prefetching

LIke Firefox? want to speed it up? Then turn off the prefetching which is trying to download the pages that FF assumes you will be visiting.

Do do so, simply type about:config in the address bar, and then type the following into the Filter bar:

network.prefetch-next

Just double-click the item in the list to change it to false.
