Windows 7: access hidden themes

Great tutorial from How-To Geek on how to uncover some very nice regional themes for your Windows 7 installation.

Main steps:
- navigate to "C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT"
- under each respective folder, double-click in the file under the theme folder to add it
